Hello everyone! The Reverend Pat Hart has agreed to be our next priest at St. Peter’s.
She comes highly recommended. We believe Pat will be a good fit for us. She is richly experienced as a lay person with a solid background in service work.
As part of being a lone congregation again, we have returned to a service time of 10:30am. This is in line with our service time before our congregation was 'yoked' with St. Michael's. This will allow us to generally have service completed before noon, without the non-morning people struggling too much.
Reverend Pat Hart will generally be with us on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month for Eucharist, while we continue to have the (equally important) Morning Prayer service on other Sundays. This is subject to adjustment for special services as needed.
So, a big St. Peter's welcome to The Reverend Pat Hart!
If you are interested in training to be a Worship Leader, Lay Eucharistic Minister, or Lay Eucharistic Visitor, please contact Rev. Pat Hart. Lay people take the blessed Eucharist to those who are homebound or in hospitals and care facilities. Worship leaders conduct Morning and Evening Prayer Services as well as other services.
Do you have questions about the Episcopal Church? What does it mean to be an Episcopalian? What basis is there for our beliefs? Please contact Rev. Pat Hart for Inquirer’s sessions. These are open to new explorers and to long time members.
Men's Night Out activities have been postponed until further notice.
Ladies' Luncheons have been put on hold while searching for a new coordinator! If you'd like to help, please let someone know.
